Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that you measure key body dimensions (such as bust, underbust, waist, and hips) and carefully review the size chart provided on each product page.
Our size recommendations are based on the wearing experience of most customers. However, due to individual body differences, actual measurements should always take precedence.
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product has:
Manufacturing defects
Damage upon arrival
Incorrect item sent
Missing items
For confirmed quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
(2) Size-Related Requests
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, size-related requests must meet the following conditions:
Single-item orders:
Items are considered tried on once opened and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Multiple-item orders (two items or more):
One unopened and unused item may be exchanged.
The item must remain in original condition, including:
Original packaging
Tags attached
Inner packaging and hygiene seals intact
(3) Special Circumstances
If you purchased the largest available size and it still does not fit, a return may be requested only if:
The item is brand new and unused
All original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals are intact
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
Intimate apparel must be resalable and suitable for secondary sale.
Set items must be returned as a complete set.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
Anti-theft tags or hygiene seals have been removed or damaged
The item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
There are odors (e.g. perfume, deodorant)
There are makeup stains (e.g. lipstick, foundation)
For quality-related issues, return shipping costs are covered by us.
For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Intimate apparel is generally non-returnable unless a quality issue is confirmed.

After shipping, provide us with the tracking number.
The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.

Before shipment, we can update the address in our system.
Once the order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, address changes are no longer possible, and we will be unable to intercept the package.
