International Orders
For international customers purchasing in currencies other than USD:
Your order must reach a converted total value of $70.00 USD or more to qualify for free shipping.
Exchange rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the daily international market rates.
Standard Shipping Fees
Orders under 70 USD:
A flat shipping fee of 9.9USD applies
International Customers: For customers shopping in non-USD currencies, international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the current exchange rate equivalent of the USD amount.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from service@dd-fit.com containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the official carrier's website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) using the provided link.
Important Notes:
Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest delivery. In such cases, your items may arrive in separate packages on different dates.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you realize there is an error, please email us at service@dd-fit.com immediately. We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. DD-FIT is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
DD-FIT is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact service@dd-fit.com, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
DUTIES AND TAXES (DDP)
To provide a seamless shopping experience, most orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. Customers are not required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery for standard shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
If you require a specific express carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, please contact our customer service team in advance for a quote. Please note:
Express shipping fees are not included in the free shipping offer.
Any additional import costs or carrier-specific fees for expedited shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
